Summer Prime rates (July 15 - August 31 ) $1,600 per week - $275 per day
Each day the unit is rented it comes with 100 miles of free mileage. Mileage over the allotted 100 miles per day
will be charged at .49 cents per mile.
NOTE: AWNINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED AND CAN NOT BE USED ON THE MOTORHOMES.
Reservation deposit:
The reservation deposit is $200.00. This deposit is payable at the time the reservation is made with Story City Rv rentals. This is refundable with a 30 day advanced notice prior to the departure date. If cancellations are made less than the 30 days from the departure date, the $200.00 deposit will be forfeited.
Security deposit:
$500.00 This deposit is due at the time of departure. Ragbrai Security Deposit is $1,000.
Refunds:
Upon the return of the unit, it will be inspected by management and an RV Technician.
If there is no damage, you will be refunded your deposit within 5 working days.
Late Fee:
$200.00 per day in addition to regular fees. Please be prompt when returning the rental unit.
There are no refunds for early returns.
MBA “Choice” Insurance
Before a renter can take possession of the motor home they must…
1. Provide Story City Rv with a binder or endorsement that extends to Story City Rv coverage for the vehicle and its dealership from the renter’s personal policy. The renter’s insurance company or agent must provide a binder or endorsement to Story City Rv. This binder should also provide comprehensive and collision for the vehicle to value.
Or
2. The renter has an option to pay a premium to MBA in order to be added to the dealer’s rental insurance policy. The renter must go to the website www.MBAchoice.com and complete all required fields. Confirmation will be immediately e-mailed to the renter and the rental dealer.
