Just a little note to you all on the fantastic service that you all provided me, and my family on Sunday June 8th. That was something that went above and beyond what a dealer needs to do. It just really shows me and everyone that I talk to that you really do stand behind the statement "customer service". In today's society it is really hard to find anyone that will go above and beyond, let alone even help someone that is parked on the side of the road that is broke down with a axle problem. Luckily the later was never me, but mine was the slide-out and leaky roof problem. I can't express to you what it means to me and our family what these 3 individuals did for us. To spend a Sunday fixing my trailer that we purchased from you last fall, and again we did not buy a high-end unit. That is commitment, loyalty, customer service and dedication. I hope that in someway the 3 of them could be commended on what they did, again it is hard to find anyone like them. You should be very glad the three of them are with your organization. It would have been very easy for anyone of them to say " we can get to it first thing Monday morning and have you on your way", but they didn't.

I wanted to take a minute and thank everyone at WCRV for the great service they provide. We have been buying our parts and camping supplies at WCRV for several years now. Last summer we had an air cond. installed on our Coleman popup camper. We had some problems with it working properly at first. Brad Dreager and all of the guys in service bent over backwards to correct the problem we were having and soon we had an ice cold camper. Brad was very professional and courteous in every way. He made us feel like our camper was the most important one on the lot. Just this month, we bought a 2002 Keystone Cabana through Gary Kraemer at WCRV. Once again we were shown a level of professionalism second to none. Gary was great! He worked with us every step of the way. We feel that we have gotten a quality camper that we can depend on to give us a lot of relaxing fun this summer. When we came down to Webster City to pick the camper up, Jeff went through the whole camper with us and showed us how everything worked and answered any questions we had. Once again a very professional job. Everyone at WCRV from Vic and Jeff in the store to Brad and all of the guys in service and Gary in sales to Rory in warranty have made us feel like we have made new friends that care about our camping experience. It is easy to see why WCRV is as successful as it is when you have surrounded yourself with the caliber of employees that you have. You can be assured that we will spread the word on Webster City RV in the campgrounds that we visit this year. Thanks to everyone for the great service that they provide.

I have to hand it to you folks at Webster City for helping that boy out with the make a wish. I just did some volunteer welding for Adair County Conservation. It's good for the soul. I think for Brenda and I more and more we made the right choice in dealing with you and the folks at Webster City RV. You create a "family" type of mentality or social structure with your customers. I think that is a good thing and will profit your business more and more down the road.

It took me two years, but you hung in there with me. No pressure. When I finally decided to purchase a T@B camper I felt like I was working with family. I was so excited to pick it up and had the pleasure of meeting some of the service and office personnel. Everyone was great! I'm very impressed! An all around very pleasant experience. Since camping in my new T@B I've received so many compliments and comments, such as, "It's so Cute", "What a sporty little thing", "What do you have in that", "I've been waiting for you to return so I could see the inside" and "Oh, I should get me one". I've given so many tours and each time I make sure they know that it was purchased at Webster City RV.

In todays world, customer service is a thing of the past. But NOT at WebsterCity RV. You have gained us as a customer forever! We just wanted to thank, you, most especially, for helping us out so much in the purchase of our new camper. We really appreciate the patience and time that you invested in helping us learn the nuts and bolts and showing us all the features ........not only that....but the after the sale service was AMAZING! The couple of hours that were spent with us, showing us how to work everything and how to keep everything in decent shape was priceless. Not to mention adjusting everything to maximize safety. We really felt valued as a customer. It really seemed like everyone, from service, to the counter, to sales, to finance, ALL had our best interest at heart. I have to be honest, we really were thinking about buying our next camper privately again to save some money......But, when we pulled out with our new camper, we both looked at each other and said, "wow, this was so worth it!" The idea that we can have a safety net to call on with any problems was also a huge blessing. We left feeling confident of the purchase we made and excited to be able to have something so fun and memorable for our family. The tour of the shop, showing us what products to have on hand and how to keep our investment sound was the icing on the cake. We know you had our best interest at heart and our grateful for your help. This probably sound like a commercial! HA!
