       This year's RALLY will be held at Brushy Creek State Park, on the beach side campground, June 6th, 7th, and 8th. Reservations can be made starting April 6th, 2008 by clicking HERE.  We will be having activities Friday night and both Saturday day and evening. A social hour will be held Friday evening, and on Saturday there will be a potluck style dinner in which Your RV Outfitter will supply the tasty meat to grill.  After the meal Saturday evening we will be showing a Movie on "da Big Screen".
        As a bonus, Saturday afternoon, one of our Certified Technicians will be on hand to give demonstrations and answer questions. We are planning to have a few of our Newest RV's at the campground on display, and the shelter house is reserved all weekend. Please Stay Tuned For Details. Dutch Oven Potatoes

Power Potatoes

• 1 Cup chopped onion
• 10 strips of bacon, diced into small pieces
• 5 baking potatoes, sliced
• 2 Bell Peppers, chopped
• 1 Cup chopped mushrooms
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar

In a 10 or 12 inch Dutch oven, cook the bacon and onion until the bacon is cooked almost all the way through (about 5 minutes). Throw in the potatoes and cook for 10 - 15 more minutes. Stir the potatoes frequently. Add the peppers and stir often while cooking for 10 more minutes. Add the mushrooms and soup. Again stir frequently while you continue cooking for 5 - 10 more minutes. Take off from the heat and cover with cheese. Serve once the cheese is melted.

Optional: Try using pepper jack cheese instead of the cheddar cheese to spice things up.
