Heat

The heat has settled into the Midwest now, and wer are seeing the results of it in our service department. AC's not working or working very sluggish. It is time to get that air conditioner service and cleaned. Also very important is to make sure the cooling fins arent bent in and reducing cooling effectiveness.

The Weather

Isn't it always about the weather? Whether you like it or not, it seems to have a lot of control of many aspects of our lives. We sit here at WCRV looking outside at the tremendous gloom, dreaming of daisies and wildflowers, getting out to the campground and seeing some goslings following the folks around, mama robin giving us heck for coming too close to her treasured stash, and maybe some fishing when we aren't napping under the awning. Whether or not you pay attention to the weather, you can still dream of camping and getting away from it all. Sweet Camping Dreams!

100 years of RVing. In some ways, not much has changed, like the reasons we RV – camaraderie, adventure, love of the outdoors, setting our own pace – yet so much has changed with the technological advances that allow us to bring the comforts of home with us no matter how far we roam. As another year of RV travel beckons, we invite you to help us create a list of 100 most memorable RV moments, or if you don’t own yet, 100 reasons why you’d like to Go RVing.

In todays world, customer service is a thing of the past. But NOT at WebsterCity RV. You have gained us as a customer forever! We just wanted to thank, you, most especially, for helping us out so much in the purchase of our new camper. We really appreciate the patience and time that you invested in helping us learn the nuts and bolts and showing us all the features ........not only that....but the after the sale service was AMAZING! The couple of hours that were spent with us, showing us how to work everything and how to keep everything in decent shape was priceless. Not to mention adjusting everything to maximize safety. We really felt valued as a customer. It really seemed like everyone, from service, to the counter, to sales, to finance, ALL had our best interest at heart. I have to be honest, we really were thinking about buying our next camper privately again to save some money......But, when we pulled out with our new camper, we both looked at each other and said, "wow, this was so worth it!" It means a lot to be able to have a camper that we know has been gone through and looked over so that we are getting the best start in our first camping experience. The idea that we can have a safety net to call on with any problems was also a huge blessing. We left feeling confident of the purchase we made and excited to be able to have something so fun and memorable for our family. The tour of the shop, showing us what products to have on hand and how to keep our investment sound was the icing on the cake. We know you had our best interest at heart and our grateful for your help. This probably sound like a commercial! HA! But a huge thank you to you and all who helped out to make the W&^%$#'s Prowler a Howler!! :) With thanks and blessings of more success to you all.
