I wanted to take a minute and thank everyone at WCRV for the great service they provide. We have been buying our parts and camping supplies at WCRV for several years now. Last summer we had an air cond. installed on our Coleman popup camper. We had some problems with it working properly at first. Brad Dreager and all of the guys in service bent over backwards to correct the problem we were having and soon we had an ice cold camper. Brad was very professional and courteous in every way. He made us feel like our camper was the most important one on the lot. Just this month, we bought a 2002 Keystone Cabana through Gary Kraemer at WCRV. Once again we were shown a level of professionalism second to none. Gary was great! He worked with us every step of the way. We feel that we have gotten a quality camper that we can depend on to give us a lot of relaxing fun this summer. When we came down to Webster City to pick the camper up, Jeff went through the whole camper with us and showed us how everything worked and answered any questions we had. Once again a very professional job. Everyone at WCRV from Vic and Jeff in the store to Brad and all of the guys in service and Gary in sales to Rory in warranty have made us feel like we have made new friends that care about our camping experience. It is easy to see why WCRV is as successful as it is when you have surrounded yourself with the caliber of employees that you have. You can be assured that we will spread the word on Webster City RV in the campgrounds that we visit this year. Thanks to everyone for the great service that they provide.
