Just a little note to you all on the fantastic service that you all provided me, and my family on Sunday June 8th. That was something that went above and beyond what a dealer needs to do. It just really shows me and everyone that I talk to that you really do stand behind the statement "customer service". In today's society it is really hard to find anyone that will go above and beyond, let alone even help someone that is parked on the side of the road that is broke down with a axle problem. Luckily the later was never me, but mine was the slide-out and leaky roof problem. I can't express to you what it means to me and our family what these 3 individuals did for us. To spend a Sunday fixing my trailer that we purchased from you last fall, and again we did not buy a high-end unit. That is commitment, loyalty, customer service and dedication. I hope that in someway the 3 of them could be commended on what they did, again it is hard to find anyone like them. You should be very glad the three of them are with your organization. It would have been very easy for anyone of them to say " we can get to it first thing Monday morning and have you on your way", but they didn't.
